At some point, you may need someone to help with your computers, networks or even software. We can assist you with your day-today IT related challenges.

We offer a call-out-support rate, where you only pay when we come out to assist, or we can offer you a Service Level Agreement (SLA) if you want more peace of mind with set site-visits per month and maintenance.

Remote Support and Monitoring

Remote Support services are also available to our SLA Clients. We can also offer our SLA clients, the option to remotely monitor their systems, and take corrective measures to fix any issues or errors we pick-up, even before your users notice it.
